Will auto-sync trigger prop-firm IP checks?
No. TTR Journal's auto-sync pulls trade data through read-only API connections. Your broker sees the same IP you always trade from — no new logins, no foreign IPs, no red flags.
Do you support prop-firm rules?
Yes. Set up daily loss limits, max drawdown thresholds, trailing drawdown rules, and custom risk alerts that mirror your prop firm's actual rules. Get warned before you breach — not after.
Can mentors change my data?
No. Mentors get read-only access to the accounts and metrics you choose to share. They can add comments but cannot modify or delete any of your data.
How is my data secured?
All data is encrypted in transit via TLS/SSL. Authentication uses JWT tokens with expiry. We never store broker passwords — auto-sync uses read-only API tokens you can revoke at any time.
How does pricing compare to other tools?
TTR Journal is included with your TTR membership. Comparable tools charge $29-$30/month. You get more features — risk management, mentorship, backtesting, and multi-account support — at no additional cost.
Which assets and brokers are supported?
TTR Journal supports Forex, indices, commodities (including Gold/XAU), crypto, and stocks. Auto-sync works with MT4, MT5, and cTrader. Manual import via CSV is also available for any broker.
